Mumbai Wild Card

Calling all Mumbai students ...

After running this fellowship for three years for just a few colleges, we're ready to take on ALL of Maximum City's college kids. We figured "Hey, how hard can it be to fulfil the dreams of all the young 'uns in a city with 1.5 crore people..."

To keep it manageable, however (there ARE only a few of us, and only so much money to throw around), we're only going to consider  the first 500 proposals that come in after 00:00:00 on Feb 18th, 2011, and before 23:59:59 March 31st, 2011. So get those thinking caps on!

Separate but equal ...

For historical reasons (i.e., many of the donors/organizers are alums from these two colleges... money talks!), the following two colleges in Mumbai have special status (proposals from their students will be processed in a parallel track).
